RECIPE
Spiced Corn on the Cob
Heat your grill to medium while you husk 6 ears of
corn. Grill corn until all sides are charred and
kernels are tender (about 20 minutes, turning
occasionally).
Stir together 1/4 cup mayonnaise with the juice of
1/2 a lime.
Remove corn from grill and spread with the
mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle each with a pinch
of ground chipotle and grated manchego cheese.
Garnish with lime wedges.
Serve with your favorite grilled meats (we suggest
salt & pepper chicken to complement the flavors).
And of course, pair with a chilled Viognier.
